2009 Economic Stimulus Program
The recently signed American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 allows for a tax credit of up to $1,500 on qualifying energy efficient products (maximum of 30% of purchase price).
Both the Rinnai and Navien on Demand Water Heaters qualify for this program. This means that you will save 30% of the purchas eprice of an on demand water heater in tax savings making this an even better investment in your home.
Utility Rebates
Puget Sound cusomters qualify for a $150 rebate from the utility when you install either the Rinnai or Navien on demand hot water heaters
If you are a Puget Sound Energy cuosmter and you currently have an electric heater, it even better. If you switch to a tankless natural gas hot water heater, you may be eligible for an additional $950 rebate from Puget Sound Energy.
